First Engagement Photoshoot
Here are my good friends Amy and Martin!! It was very hot during this shoot but it was a blast. It was so fun to capture 2 people so in love. <3 Cliche I know... but looking at the photos when I got home it's really evident how much they love each other.

Love my hobbies
I really need to find some time to bake soon! The funny thing is, I don't even like to eat sweets that I bake so I usually wait for a holiday or a family/friend gathering so that others can enjoy my creations. Seeing that the 4th of July is this weekend I think I found my next reason to bake!! I have a photoshoot tomorrow and plans tomorrow night but maybe I can find the time on Friday! To be continued....

Ladybug
Just playing around with a graphic program since I'm not at all sleepy. Seriously on a vampire schedule this summer. I feel like I start actually waking up around 9 o'clock at night. The joys of summer vacation. <3

DIY Cafe Chalkboard Project
I always love the cute chalkboards at Starbucks and other cafes so I decided I could just make my own. I had been wanting to make one for months but just couldn't find any frames like I was imagining in my mind. Finally on one of my downtown trips I spotted the perfect frame and it was only $2! It was missing the glass which I found at Michael's for a few dollars. Once I chose the color I wanted to paint the frame I was ready! Here's how it went:
Bonjour!
With the start of my 365 website I decided I will give my public blog a try again. I'm in the midst of my summer vacation which has been unusually busy for me. I thought I'd be bored but I have yet to have a day with no plans! Over the years I've met tons of awesome people and I am now starting to realize that I have tons of great friends. During the school year I only get to spend time with a small handful of them but with all this free vacation time I've been able to spend more time with those I haven't seen in a while! I've had tons of fun antiquing, crafting and creating the 365 website with Alyssa the past few weeks. I've planned a Bachelorette party for my friend April and helped her get a few of her wedding planning done. I've gotten to spend some time with Beth and was even able to visit her new school which was exciting! Amy is another cool lady that I've been seeing a lot more of this break along with her sister Treena and cousin Karli! I met a new friend, Rachel, who has become one of my new photographer friends. The list goes on and on! Above all I've been able to spend more time with my amazing husband.
