<3 the iPad

I love watching videos in bed with my new headphones. Last night watched some Wilco and then Smashing Pumpkins. Got a cool new music app today.

With the app you click thumbnails of pics and they open up random songs by cool up and coming artists. The band Sleigh Bells cracked me up because it looks like me and my friend Treena. Lol

Sleepy Sunday

I've felt like this all day.



It's nice to have a relaxing Sunday for once. The hustle and bustle of October is behind me and I'm looking forward to relaxing this month. Of course I already planned a few small events because I just can't help
doing so. When I have free time I have people I love to spend it with so I never really have a day off.

Today I got some things around the house done and then had a coffee date with Beth and Jaci. The weather was perfect and my gingerbread latte actually made me sleepy. After that I headed home and got things ready for dinner at my parents house. My mom made some amazing stuffed bell peppers (from our garden) and we made the jalapeno poppers (from our garden). Delicious. Now I'm relaxing in bed and enjoying the sound of rain outside the window. <3

Beautiful Fruit

A student brought me an amazing Pomegranate today. I was impressed by it's size at first sight but now I'm impressed by how many seeds I extracted! The ruby red color of the seeds is beautiful.

Good night so far!

I'm super happy with how our fireplace area is looking!



We now have an awesome idea for the fireplace itself.... Stay tuned for that. :)

Time to re-watch Repo! I love the music in this movie. My friend, Jaci, refinanced it so I had it on while prepping the house last night. Didn't get to pay attention to the story enough so I need a second watch. :]
